For me this was a very special wedding to photograph and a privilege to be asked to do so. Bill and Nicole were the most chilled bride and groom to date and the wedding was perfect to the finest detail. I could write an essay on what the Humphry's have done for me over the years so I hope I have done you justice in this preview of one of my favourite weddings yet! HUGE congratulations to the very happy couple x x
Helicopter + horse and carriage + Peel Manor = Fairytale wedding!!! Courtney and Chris's careful planning all came together on the day and I'm sure you'll agree it was spectacular right down to Chris's dancing skills!! I'm super jealous of your honeymoon itinerary I hope you have an amazing time- All the very best for your future together!!!
Another fantastic wedding at Millbrook Winery this weekend, what a wedding! Here is a taster of some of the memories captured, congratulations Liza and Daniel, I hope you had a very special day - thank you for sharing it with us!

A Perth Autumn wedding at its best! Beautiful sunshine and a great couple! I especially enjoyed the "How they met" story in Kalgoorlie, pool table, corona, dancing at Debo's...what could go wrong!! :)
The 11 o'clock ceremony was held at the Oahu Gardens which is near Hillaries; a gorgeous set of gardens with lakes and fountains, it provided a perfect backdrop for the wedding party of 50. Regina was led down the aisle by mum Annette, the stunningly dressed girls Breanna & Alicia who escorted young Kyle (cuteness overload), swinging him all the way, and then Regina and dad Don. Regina's dress was a beautiful satin number from Bride's Selection and looked amazing I'm sure you'll agree. Dave's face once he laid eye son his bride was priceless, and Regina looked pleased as punch with her very handsome groom! A lovely ceremony followed presented by Susie Barralet, who pulled David up for missing part of his vows - whoops! A good recovery by David provided a healthy amount of laughter from his bride and the crowd!
After what seems a million family photos (thanks Andy!) we finally got on our way to take some location shots, with restricted time we aimed for the Hillaries Boat Harbour lookout on the Northern side, a sneaky quick session on the beach and then back to the bridge by the Breakwater. It was great to work with such a comfortable couple, I just let the magic happen and snapped away!
The team at Mia Cucina Hillaries, welcomed the wedding party with Corona and a spread of food fit for a king! The back area at Mia Cucina fit the 50 guests in no worries, and still had room to dance and side areas for the kids to play, with a great outlook on to the yachts in the marina.
A great set of speeches followed from the two dads, not to mention a good belly laugh from the groom's speech! This was all topped off with a surprise visit from a local magician Robbie T. He claims he doesn't normally entertain kids, but they were all amazed by his talent...not to mention the adults!! He blew me away that's for sure!
A quick note to the family I sat with at lunch, thank you for having me and making me feel welcome!
A great fun day had by all, the album is bright, fun and full of smiles, I can't wait to hand them over to the couple so they can share them with you all!
Congratulations to Mr and Mrs Spencer!

0800 and en-route to the Darlington Estate winery to set the photo booth up....I seriously thought Megan and Ryan had stitched me up and sent me out to whoop whoop!! On arriving at the estate I knew instantly it was going to be a magic day, what a venue! Having a late ceremony at 1630 meant that we all had ample time to get ready. Hair styling by the mother daughter team, or daughter mother team of Rosa and Marissa, I loved the detailing that went into Megan's hair! Gaby the make up artist also did an amazing job with a close attention to detail always touching up the girls...you can see Gaby is a perfectionist at what she does! Then over to the boys which as always was a cruisy affair involving a beer at mum Sue's house, we agreed it was a good idea to stay hydrated ;)
Both the ceremony and reception was held at the Darlington Estate Winery. The team there did an exquisite job in preparing the venue; Lime Flowers dressed the venue with colourful flowers and arrangements, alongside the endless lines of fairy lights and rustic winery features.
The celebrant Joyce held a elegantly crafted ceremony...I was eagerly waiting to get a close up of Ryan crying during his vows...but he eluded me! A special moment for the Benevenga family when they were greeted by a beautiful butterfly, I was sure she was going to land on the bouquet - very sweet.
The Darlington Estate Winery team treated the wedding guests to a sublime set of entrees and mains, special thank you for my dish - it was yummy!! Speeches....ooooOOOOoooo the speeches were excellent. I was actually spewing I didn't record them as they were that good! Well done to all!
the photo booth opened Those photo booth images are coming, so be warned, if you pulled a funny face, swung an axe into your partners head or kissed the camera...I have the evidence and you know who you are ;)
AND THEN.....The DJ George let rip some epic tunes and all hell broke loose on the dance floor!!! Bloody great effort on the dance floor wedding people, you were awesome!!
So, here are a few images from the day, and the excellent suppliers listed below! See you at the next wedding :)

You can't complain when the day starts with UFC and ends in fireworks! A beautiful wedding set around Perth City Farm, which provided an awesome venue to bring in the newly weds and the new year! My day started at the girls house, walked in the front door and confronted with a bearded 6ft bridesmaid named Brad...followed by the bride to be and her bridesmaids sat in front of the UFC live broadcast! The day just rolled on from there, Adam had me in stitches when presenting the ring to Loren, so much so I couldn't keep a steady hand...normally I like to operate in a covert fashion, but being physically shown the rings for a photo in front of everyone was hilarious! The ceremony was very nice, Andrew did a fantastic job, he made everyone comfortable and eased the couples nerves (mainly Adam's). City Farm looked amazing, what a wedding/reception venue! With custom hanging lights and florals it really transformed into the perfect wedding venue, hats off to the stylist/ suppliers. Bringing in the New Year with sparklers followed by a mad dash out the front to see a "glimpse" of the fireworks across Perth - everyone partied hard - nice work! Did we get a count on the amount of broken glasses?? :)
Congratulations Adam and Loren, Happy New Year to all!

Here is a sneak peak from Sam and Jessie's wedding in Mandurah last week. Soooo may surprises, including a dance routine by Kimi and Hannah not to mention the Haka, plus a sneak photo shoot from the couple which had both myself and Matt the videographer in tears (of laughter)! Congratualtions to the newly weds and thank you all for an entertaining day!
A stunning day in Perth....very HOT but a perfect scene for Courtney and Luke to say their "I Do's". As always the entire wedding party had me smiling all day, nice work - I hope you all had as much fun as I did! For those future brides these suppliers did a fantastic job, not to mention the super hard work behind the scenes from Luke and Courtney's family (you guys should set up a wedding styling company!)

These two have a great story to tell... they met whilst throwing themselves down a narrow icy track at speeds over 130km/h, competed in the Skeleton at the 2014 Winter Olympics, live to tell the tale, and now they are Mr and Mrs! HUGE achievements all round!
Their ceremony was held at the Santa Maria College Chapel, which proved to be a fabulous back drop for the afternoon, followed by the reception at the Melville Water Polo Club which was expertly transformed and styled by Tiffany Keal Studios
The stunning bride Lucy looked absolutely amazing in her dress and, with her hair styled by Caris Rowe and make up by Sophie Farrar, Lucy's eyes were lit up and sparkled as much as her diamond ring by Ross Ezekiel. Biedi took great pride in showing me his custom made suit by a local tailor back home in Germany, Massatelier and shoes by Hugo Boss he surely did match his gorgeous bride.
Smiles, fun, laughter, family and jokes about avocado trees all made for an entertaining day, which was complemented by the two hilarious MC's Ben and "Ginge" - good work boys! Not to mention a touch of German tradition brought to the table by Biedi's parents "Ute" and "Armin" who also proceeded to light up the dance floor...you can clearly see where the groom inherits his dance moves from!
I thoroughly enjoyed shooting the day and hopefully this blog is shared with Biedi's friends and family across the World as I'm sure they were missed. A big congratulations to the newly weds Lucy and Biedi!
