Terms and Conditions
Entry is open to residents of Australia aged 18 years and over.
To be a valid entrant, participants must not have another photographer or videographer booked for the same date as the prize booking. If it is determined that an entrant has already engaged or confirmed another photographer or videographer for that date, their entry will be deemed invalid, and the prize will be forfeited. Nick Thake Photography reserves the right to request reasonable proof of eligibility and to disqualify any entrant who does not meet these conditions.
To enter, participants must complete the online form at www.nickthake.com/Contact. Only one entry per person is permitted unless otherwise stated.
The competition opens on 11/09/2025 and closes on 19/10/2025. Entries received outside this period will not be accepted.
The prize is 50% off "The Lot" package, valued at $6,300 + GST, with the winner receiving the package for $3,465 inc. GST.
Includes: 12 hours photo + video coverage, 60×40 cm canvas, 14×10 in album (15 pages, embossing, presentation case), digital enlargements (1 × 14×11 in, 4 × 12×8 in, 10 × 6×8 in digital prints), 10-minute highlight film, high-resolution photo gallery, USB, and lifetime cloud storage.
Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
Winners will be chosen by random draw on 22/10/2025. The decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
Winners will be notified via email within 1 day of the draw. If a winner cannot be contacted within 2 days, the prize may be forfeited and awarded to another entrant.
Personal information collected will be used solely for the purposes of administering this competition and in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
This competition is conducted in accordance with the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) and relevant state/territory regulations. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Entries that are incomplete, fraudulent, or breach these terms may be disqualified.
Nick Thake Photography is not liable for any loss or damage suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) arising from participation in the competition or acceptance of the prize, except for liability that cannot be excluded under law.
By entering this competition, participants consent to Nick Thake Photography using their name, image, and photographs taken during prize fulfilment or related events for promotional purposes, including publication on social media, websites, and marketing materials, without further compensation.
By submitting an entry, participants confirm that they have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. Participation in the competition constitutes acceptance of these terms.
